The most important thing was that Jimmy Morrow wasn't on the job site long enough to have any idea what was going on… He just relied on others that didn't seem to care… Many times when I would visit the job after work (in the dead of winter) it would be pitch dark and Jimmy's subs would be working in the dark with flashlights… Yes, I said "Building my house in the dark with flashlights" laying tile, painting, installing the wood floors etc. From my point of view, Jimmy Morrow uses the lowest priced subs and materials. He knows nothing about Quality. The word isn't in his vocabulary… I can only address my home and my experience with Arcadian Homes and Jimmy Morrow.
