A crew of three went into this home, not only did we do everything listed on a deep clean, we also De-cluttered the home for no additional charge.(toys and misc. items) everywhere. We felt highly satisfied with our services. The wife walked around the house after the cleaning and said the house looked great! The husband had left the last 30 mins, he said nothing while we were there about seeing anything. I hate to have to pull this card in the 21centry and in today's society.... but! The husband is homophobic and was very ugly to me because I am a not straight. He was taken back by this. And called complaining that I called his wife back, asking me why I called her. I explained that was the number I had from booking the appointment. I explained I would come back out and clean and to my dismay I find a bad review on YellowPages; because the customer does not care for my sexual preference. I did an amazing job and have never had any complaints. He said on the phone he wanted us to get a ladder and do the ceiling fans. He never told me this when I was there. We dusted them with an extended cobweb duster removing dust and its hazardous for my employees to climb that high on a ladder. I also explained I would be sending a refund in the mail 3-5 days; He explained it wasn't good enough he wanted it immediately. I could nothing to appease this client. He also called my phone and employees phone listed on the website 30 times non-stop and left numerous voice mails and called from Private numbers. He was harassing me, and was very hateful and did not like that I was tomboyish at all. I do not think it should matter as long as his house looked as good as his. I do not talk about my personal life while at work. I just work. I had a three person crew, for 4 hours at $85.00 Well I just had to let all my future clients know the real reason this guy did not like my company. It was not my services, just my looks. Makes me sad! I have over 20 references of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly that will tell you otherwise. Kindest Regards, Brandi Parmer-Owner- 3C's Redefined
