Heatherwood Terrace is a great place to live. Apartment are clean with new carpeting upon moving in. Maintenance is on premise 5 days a week and have emergency service when I need it.

I have been here a little over a year. I love the apartment and the people. Here to stay till I buy a home. Thank you.

These apartments are all old and very out dated. The bathrooms and kitchens have a lot of chipped tubs and sinks that need replaced and wood cabinets that are in need of dire repair or replaced. The carpets in some of the apartments are full of cigarette burns and filthy. The furnaces are not maintained on a regular basis and the vents are not cleaned out at all. I think the owner of these apartments are only in it for the money and not concerned at all with the safety of any renters. The wooden balconies are not safe either for children because they are so loose and dry rotted. Don't rent from these folks because all they will do is slap on a little paint here and there and call their apartments ready for the next renters.
