My previous review faulted Bushes for not grinding stumps after the work had been paid for. I then paid someone else to grind the stumps. Part of the problem was my lack of patience. If I had waited, I suppose Bushes eventually would have ground the stumps. So I'm giving a 5-star now for the same work I previously gave 1 star, to bring the rating back to average.

had the owner come out and talk to him about removing some bushes and gave us a very reasonable price and said would be back in 2 weeks to do the work, 3-4 weeks later haven't seen hide nor hair of them ,, tried calling my wife and I both called only to leave a message that was never returned would NOT recommend them at all

I contacted Dana from this business for an estimate to trim some trees for us, he came out, gave us the quote and we hired him for the job. He said it would be a couple weeks and we said ok. It has now been over 3 weeks and they will not even return my phone call. Just not ok to treat people that way.

We have had Bushes Out Of Control out to our home many times to take down trees and remove stumps. Have always been very professional and each time have done a GREAT job! Very reasonable prices, and a very reliable company.

This company was hired by my Mother to cut down and remove a dead tree in our backyard. Bushes ouf of Control came and cut down the tree. As they were cutting up the tree to haul away, they told my Mother that they would come back to haul the tree away. This was done on January 4, 2013. It is now 5/4/2013 and they have not removed the tree. We have called the company and left messages but they have not called us back about removing the tree.

Very professional, and very cost effective. Dana is as nice as they get in this business. DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! I have on two occasions in three years, and am very happy.Did anyone notice that the bad review posted on 2/26 is a fraud? There are two other negative reviews on two other local tree services on the exact same date. Oddly enough, there is a positive review on the same date with another local tree company, which I will not name (have a look for yourself). Rather odd if you ask me. Ask other locals in the area about Bushes out of Control, and you will get the same positive feedback!

They came to trim a few buches and the butchered my front view of my house. When I complained they said it would grow back and the guy Dana was a real jerk.

They cut down trees, which we paid for, but we made the mistake of paying them another $100 in advance in May to grind the stumps. We waited patiently until August and then began calling them to grind the stumps so we could start grass in the fall since winter is not a good time to start grass. Finally we paid someone else to grind the stumps in late September. This service came out within a day or two of being called. We asked Bushes for a refund of the $100 for the work they did not do. We have not gotten this $100 back.

I earlier rated this company at only 1 star because they cut down the two trees but did not grind the stumps, which was paid-for work. I then paid someone else to grind the stumps. Had I been patient, I suppose Bushes eventually would have come back to grind the stumps. I'm rating them higher now, to bring up the average since impatience on my part was a problem.
