Similar to other costomers...Jason came out on service call for broke dishwasher. Requested $ upfront for part to replace. Months went by, no part, no Jason, no service.Evently he didnt return calls. Smooth guy, don't trust him.

Three months ago we had him come out bc our refrigerator was icing up on the inside & not cooling correctly & the ice maker didn't work. He opened the door of the fridge & said he knew exactly what it was. He said it's a common problem w/ this brand (Samsung.) He looked up the part on his phone right then & there. He said if I wanted for him to order the part I needed to pay him for the part & labor which was $250. I didn't think I should have to pay for labor but my husband wasn't home & I needed the fridge fixed so I wrote him a check. We didn't hear from him for a couple weeks. No one ever answered his phone. After several texts & phone calls he called my husband back to say he was waiting on the part. Two more weeks & several phone calls later he finally calls back to say he has the part. He comes to the house & put the part on. He said this will take care of it. He also had told me this part would fix the ice maker when I paid him but told my husband this part didn't have anything to do w/ the ice maker. The fridge worked a couple days & started icing up on the inside again & not cooling properly just like before he replaced the part. I again lost a couple hundred dollars worth of groceries. We could not get in touch w/ him. He had told my husband when he was here that if that did not work he would come back & replace it at no cost bc he knew what else it could be. We have never heard from him again. This problem started in October. It's now the middle of January & I am going to have to pay someone else to come fix it. I have never been treated this way & do not appreciate it. I feel I am at the very least owed back the money I paid for labor. The check I gave him was cashed way back in Oct. just 3 days after I wrote it. Good luck getting in touch with him after you pay!

I called BA when my built-in oven became inoperable. I was very satisfied with their response and their prompt attention to the matter. Jason arrived and diagnosed my problem to be a motherboard that had become inoperable. He promptly made a phone call/s and reported to me I could ordered a refurbished one, but it would take a few weeks to arrive, but would probably get in about Thanksgiving time. I was requested to pay upfront in amount of $397.72 and he would install it as soon as it arrived. I waited until about two weeks after the holiday and called and cancelled as I wanted to plan for the Christmas holiday and I had not been able to do any cooking since Jason had first looked at the problem.. I never received any communication as to when I could expect any movement on the problem. I also was beginning to experience some other issues in the kitchen. I called and cancelled and Jason told me he would get a check of reimbursement in the mail in the next day or two. I have yet to receive this check. I have called another time and still no response. I have a copy of the check I wrote. I really thought I was dealing with an "Up-Front" type organization, but now thinking in other terms. I have recommended BA to some of my friends, and now sorry I have. Thank you for your kind attention. Jean

I called buckeye appliance repair right before thanksgiving. My washer had shut off and I needed to finish all my laundry before the holiday. They were able to walk me though a few tests to run over the phone. My washer started up again and there was no charge! I really appreciated the help, it was luckily an easy fix and I was very happy to have it taken care of.

Buckeye Appliance was EXCELLANT in customer service. Repair went above and beyond fixing my maytag washer. I couldn't have had a better experience. Very personable and likable. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need any repair work done.

I called Buckeye Appliance Service because my fridge wasn't working and I was affraid my food would go bad... the two men came out right away, figured out the problem, picked up a part and were able to get my fridge running within 2hours of my call (and it's still going great) I HIGHLY Recomend!!

Very professional, fair repair price, quick repair. The service repairman that came to my home gave me a quick diagnosis and price of the problem. We discussed problems that I had with other appliances and he gladly fixed those as well. Now everything works. The price was right. I must tell you,

I have had other companies come to my home who are late, don't show up, don't call ahead, want to charge me for an extra trip to pick up a part or a tool that they should have had in their truck, etc. I could go on and on. Everyone I know has one of theses stories.

And the repair person who came to my house was extremely nice and informative:) And of course the price was perfect too:) I was very impressed all around:) thanks:) I would recomend this company to anyone:)
