Worse floor install and finish I have ever seen. Three times the Owner said "I'll be by and look at it...make it right". Not once did he ever show up. The hackers smoked in my new house, rummages through my tools and personal belongings. Dirtbags!

You have to give a star rating to post here. So I had to put one, even though they deserve ZERO. They were ZEROS!

My experience with Kovich and Savard was very professional and they pay high attention to detail. We installed a brand new kitchen and living room with 3 1/4 red oak and the floor looks spotless. They glued and nailed every board together to make sure there was no cracks in between boards. After the sanding the floor turned out nice and smooth and the finish was clean with no bubbles or rough spots. Thank you again for your service and I would highly recommend you guys to any of my friends or family.
