Damaged my car by carelessly spitting gravel at my car with a leaf blower and then threatened me with legal if I didn't remove them from the insurance claim! I wouldn't hire this company to landscape dirt that is how bad they are!

This was the email from the vice president "Hi Mr. Torres,

We received a phone call today from your insurance company in regards to claim of damage on your vehicle and also have copies of emails you send to the management company. I encourage you to remove your claim as it is completely false and we do not own any material or debris on-site. We have a contract to blow the property and parking lot so we do not control where you park. We do not control the surroundings of the property and simply provide landscape services which include leaf blowing. You mentioned in an email to the property that we "purposely" tried to damage and get your vehicle dirty which liable for slander as well as a false claim against us. You will be hearing from our lawyer very soon in regards to slandering our name as well as making false accusations against our company and we feel like you are trying some form of extortion on our company for money and free car washes. I'd advise you to try to talk to the management and work it out with them as the legal process can be a long and expensive route and we will request that you pay for our lawyers fees as well and in any other fees we incur.

I then requested (via reply email) that contact be terminated and they continued to message me so I had to file a police report for harassment.

Also for the record, this company has been terminated for this incident.

I am a tennent at the Westchester Woods apartments in Pflugerville, Texas. There lawn care is good, but employee's without proper supervision, have no respect for personal property.
