I hired Greencut Landscaping to install a pavers patio in my backyard. Jorge Galvan, owner of Greencut Landscaping claimed to have experience in pavers patio installation.

The website looks very professional. He had been mowing my grass for 4 months prior and there was no problem. However, hiring him to take on this particular project only proved to be the worst mistake I could have made. I paid this company $900 to make this patio for me. I got a landslide of above ground sinking pavers. No base foundation.

His weed guard, a tattered black tarp.. Sand and gravel were pouring out from every edge. I told him that it was not installed correctly..

Concerned about a bad review within my community, he said he would return to try and install it properly. They removed a few layers of excessive sand but still left 3 inches of sand with cheap metal edging..Littered my backyard with sand and gravel that they never cleaned up. Pavers sank and sand and gravel poured out from under the edging. He told me he could not afford to come back to my house if I did not like the result because he was losing money.

I sent him pictures of the patio condition.. Requested a refund and return of materials. He agreed to meet me the following Sunday. He did not show. up. Would not return calls or text messages. Instead, I received a call from a woman who introduced herself as Jorge's attorney. My attorney actually called her and found she was impersonating an attorney to intimidate me from contacting the company or taking legal action because 900.00 was not worth all the court and attorney fees

This 900.00 project and what my new landscaper appraised as less than 200.00 of cheap materials has cost me nearly 3k. To include demolition, excavation, and haul off fees.

The company website looks professional. But the patio they left me with did not look like that. Jorge Galvan did not show competency in construction or leveling. Showed no responsibility for the damages.

WOW just WOW. Could not believe Jorge and his team were able to knock out that fence so quickly! Especially within that time frame! Will of course be contacting them next time for fence installation.
