When they had their actual restaurant location over near Boundary and Sunset streets, Pizza Hut was five star, but the service has gone down since they went to being one of those small delivery and carry out only places.

The last time I went, and I do mean the LAST TIME, the cook on duty told me that my pizza was double pepperoni like I had ordered, but it only had what their web page showed to be a single pepperoni pizza's worth of pepperoni slices. You can compare what I got to what the web page says I should have gotten below.

They would not fix the pie to my satisfaction, and I had paid online for it, so I took the pizza and told him that I'd make my feelings known online. The guy didn't care.

I did get an apology from Pizza Hut, but it was an insult. The manager told me that they don't pay attention to "Special Instruction" and that if you pay for double pizza, they only give you 50% extra pizza besides; but she still didn't explain why the picture was only of a single pepperoni pizza.

The insult was accompanied by a $5 discount card, so if I wanted to get a replacement, I'd have to pay the difference. NO THANKS.

This was my last visit to Pizza Hut.
