would never purchase an appliance here again - lots of hoopla about good service that does not happen............."quality" is only in the name................wanted to do no stars..............

Over the last ten years we have bought a washer and dryer, a stove and refrigerator, and last year a plasma tv from Quality Aplliance & TV. We have been very happy with our experiences with them. So far we haven't needed service on the items we purchased from them but on other items that I needed help with the service dept has been very helpfull. Tom
