Excellent customer service. Took time to listen to me. Will did a great job handling my issues and I'll definitely be back soon.

They don't back their product. Will never go there again. It was like I was wasting their time when I brought the ecig back because the button broke after 3 weeks.

Buyers beware. Staff was very friendly when ecig starter kit bought, but not so friendly when attempting to return faulty ecigs. Wouldn't work for me so finally threw it away and went somewhere else.
