Bought a vehicle there which only had one key. John Sharpless said he would get us a second key for it after we purchased it. Well, 1 week went by and so I contacted him and he said he was working on it. Another week went by and he was working on it. Now it is a month later and nothing from John at all. The dealership has seemed to have forgotten all about us, the car we paid cash for, and the second key. Definitely will let my military friends know not to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Customer that bought used E150 was given running boards after the sale. Running boards were damaged so they were removed. This happened after the photos were taken. We got another set of running boards in and installed them for free for the customer. We should have retaken the photos after the damaged boards were removed.

If you see an add on ebay or local paper BEWARE make sure you bring a list of all the option that is listed and check and make sure they are there. I bought a 2009 van with 6000 miles add showed the van with running boards. I did not realize it till I got home and noticed the running broads where not there. I call my sales person and said to me you did not catch it when you picked it up so that the way it is. This is not the kind of practice you would expect from a Ford dealership. Also I paid the full asking price no discount.
