After 16 Plus Years I am done with Scotty's Lawn Care after they killed 25 of my plants and never gave an apology.

My first experience speaking with part owner Lori was a terrible one. She never once apologized for the mistake her employee made. When I told her she should be apologizing she said, "I don't know what to tell you besides I'm sorry for not saying sorry," then proceeded to laugh. She clearly has zero customer service skills and does not know how to treat a long time loyal customer who has never caused a problem or lodged a complaint in 16 Plus Years.

Every company makes mistakes but how you deal with those mistakes is what matters most. Lori clearly did not handle this mistake properly and has lost a loyal customer as a result.

I provided a photo a one of the dead Thyme Ground covers killed that I planted from seed.

We have had Scotty's Lawn Care for one year, and we are extremely satisfied with their services. Two of our neighbors also use, Scott;s Lawn Care and they also are satisfied .

I highly recommend Scotty's Lawn Care, the service is excellent and your lawn will look great.

We live on a corner and our lawn gets lots of use, with our dogs and neighbor kids. We highly recommend Scotty's Lawn Care.
