I have a 19 year old green cheeked conure/ bird. He is a wonderful companion. I found out recently that he has arthritis in his knees. He has been struggling for a while with this disease. I was given Dr. G's name via an A+ veterinarian in Metairie. Their staff is super friendly, very, very genuine and professional. They truly care about your pet. What they offer is quite refreshing and surprising. My bird is very sensitive to new things especially at a Vet's or doctor's office. In under 10 minutes Dr. G had my bird falling asleep in her hand. The time you spend under Dr. G and her staff's care is focused and soothing to your pet. Dr. G constantly thinks outside of the box so your pet can have the very best in care and in results. Your pet will enjoy aroma therapy, music, love, (sometimes quiet singing) and delicate hands while in her facility. My bird has also received laser treatment and his first acupuncture therapy this week. I purchased a "Loop" at their facility so I can give my conure treatments at home. The "Loop" helps inflammation. I just hide it under my shirt so when he wants to cuddle on my chest in my hand he "secretly" gets a treatment! EASY. With Dr. G and her staff's treatments I can see a big difference in my bird's behavior. He plays more, he seems so much happier and his body feels stronger and more wholesome. This facility is a needle in a haystack. Give your pet a truly great gift by having him/ her come to this facility. You won't be disappointed!
