Provided by YP.comPaid $2000 for my car to be repaired with parts: seals etc guaranteed for 60000 miles. Now less then 10000 miles later seals etc leaking and need replacing again.
The response from KT was that both they and we got screwed too bad how should they know they sourced bad parts. We are willing to pay for new parts but feel they should split the cost of their labor. The answer was no way that was not their policy.
So they bought the parts put in the parts (guaranteed parts) but aren t responsable for replacing them.
Do not recommend this business.
BTW when there are only a few reviews and all positive (as in this case) it should be considered that they are by friends or workers.
We were unable to help this customer because the repair service was done over a year ago which is well past our labor warranty. This customer was not having to pay for parts; only labor. All parts were still under the manufacturers and part suppliers warranty. Even with an expired labor warranty we still went above and beyond to help this customer. We checked with our parts supplier to see if there was a warranty program that paid for the labor to replace defective parts and no such program exists. Our labor warranty is clearly written on the invoice which is signed by every customer who has repairs performed at our shop. We apologize that our policy upset you and that no solution was reached.

Provided by SuperpagesThey have done general maintenance like oil changes, tire rotation..etc. They always do high quality work and my car runs great every time I get it back. Dependable automotive center!

And for me it boils down to a business doing what they say they're going to do- and KT does every single time. I have never been disappointed with their service!- Monica
