Appointment time was 4pm. He arrived early but I was on the way home. I knew this Bc of my ring notification. I called him to let him know I was on the way. As I was speaking to him, The call failed but when I tried to call him right back his phone went directly to voicemail. I also tried texting him. He obviously turned off his phone. All this took place within 5-10 minutes.. No response was heard from him. VERY INCONSIDERATE and unprofessional .
