$30 to clean the inside and outside of your vehicle says it all. They are focused more on the quantity of work they do rather than the quality of work that they do, so not bad for the money if you want to go cheap.

I had my oil changed there as I have had my other 3 vehicles done. They put the wrong milage in and when I went back they said that they could not change it in the computer. The manger never apologized or came out to greet me. He sent one of the kids out to deal with me. When I went in to speak with him he replied," What do you want me to do I tried to change it and could not. I understand and accept the computer issue but when I pay $60.00 for an oil change I do not accept the rude behavior of a service oriented company. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back.

I arrived at the cleaners at 8:00 this morning (11/17/06) had to get out of my car, I thought they were supposed to come to our car to get the cleaning. It is very dangerous getting out of the car because you can trip over the cord. That is not the reason I'm emailing you. It's to tell you the person you had working there was inside the place talking to someone. I pulled on the door handle and it would not open, I pulled again thinking I was not strong enough and almost broke my finger. After standing there 3 mins. she bent over and took the pole out of the bottom of the door, but refused to open the door for me. Any good employee would have pulled open the door and said something, or just opened the door since I stood there for over 4 minutes. She could have kept talking to the other person and at the same time taken the pole out and opened the door and said I will be right with you. I drove off.
