I used Professional Property Inspections a couple of weeks ago for my home inspection on my condo in Mandan, ND and they were AWESOME! Very easy to deal with and super informative. It`s really convenient too because they will give you a copy of the report in a binder at the end of the inspection and have it available online as well. They were very thorough and gave were helpful with preventative measures as well. It`s stressful when you are buying a house but they make the home inspection part much easier. I definitely recommend them!

The inspection was timely and thorough. Explanation during and following the inspection was informative. The follow-up report via Internet was very useful. Would recommend Professional Property Inspections services to others.

Impeccable service. Their approach is very efficient: they work as a team. One inspects, takes pictures and dictates the notes to the other teammate, who is in the fully equipped van, typing and building the report as the inspection progresses. By the time they leave, the report (mine was 45 pages long, very detailed and actionable), you`ll receive a full copy of the report in your inbox. Top quality, Top efficiency. Highly Recommended.
