My experience with this company and Joe Pape is the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor or services provider!! These guys did a complete replumb of a mobile home with all water lines inside the trailer. Job supposed to take 2 days, 5 days later we are still waiting. No permits pulled, subsequently no inspections (required) of hot water heater install. Improperly vented the HWH, had to have that fixed. Raped me out of almost $6000 for the running of Pex lines 40 feet from the water source. They installed used plywood for the flooring they replaced to access lines. Used MY MATERIALS that were in the trailer for completion of work. To finish it off, Joe sent me a threatening text about final payment, saying he was going to go back and cut his stuff out. This was after I had already paid him $4ooo over a period of 3 days. That got him a call from the Bismarck Police and a filed complaint about threatening my person and property. I simply asked for the inspection results for the work, but none were given as the permits weren't pulled. This was confirmed with a call to Bismarck City Inspectors. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!
