this place was ok, pool was clean for most part. there was times i got in and out and felt icky all over from the water. the apartment was ok in spring and winter. summer and fall ants always came in. the manger if she didnt like you then you had a problem there. the manger had a few snitch's so if you move in there watch who you invite in. maintenance man was the best. he was super friendly and done great work. the parking lot is kinda small so watch big cars or trucks. laundry room price is kinda high for my taste and they are people that take clothes out to do theirs so stay with your laundry.

I live in this complex and am VERY happy with the staff. They keep the grounds nice and clean, the pool is in excellent shape, the playground is very nice, and security is TOP-NOTCH. The only problem is with a select few residents that DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES. Overall, my experience has been very good. I would recommend this complex to any and all people looking to live in a nice facility. So, farewell to those that DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES and to those of use that do, feel lucky that you are under such great care of the staff and it's security.

These apartments are horrible they may be decent in looks but my time here has taught me more than that. The floors are far from even there is a dip in my living room floor when i sit in my computer chair it spins around to the dip. The apartment manager is horrible she as accused us of untrue things and has terminated our lease if she does not like you she will find a way to get rid of you, This has happened to 5 people in the complex this month yes 5 are being evicted out of 60 apartments to me that is something more than someone broke a rule.. Beware of this apartment building I will not say it is the company that owns it but it has everything to do with the building manager... She also manages Continental in Tullahoma as well beware.. the company I rate highly but not the women they choose to manage their properties.
