I ordered gas when I found that I was running low. I was quoted a price over the phone. I agreed to have the gas delivered at the price I was quoted. When the delivery guy came and brought the gas, The ticket he handed me and a much higher price. The office had closed, so I called the next morning to let them know that they had made a mistake. I was rudely told by the lady in the office that there was nothing that I could do about it. She told me the price I was quoted was not garaunteed and that there was nothing at all that I could do about it. She was hateful and rude and did nothing at all to help me. Please beware of this company. How can a company give you a price over the phone, and deleiver the product only to raise the price up more and twice what they quoted you on the phone. I ordered it one week and the next week they brought it out. Not a good company to work with and I have lost trust in them totally.
