Probably the most friendly, and service oriented people in the industry! Family owned, they have helped me numerous times in the past, and are very knowledgeable. I've had equipment serviced there several times and they're always prompt, and never have sold me anything I didn't need! I would recommend these people to anyone looking for equipment or service!!

Very good people to deal with. Of all time for my Equipment to break down it was over Easter weekend, they ACTUALLY waited for the UPS guy to deliver the part on a Saturday when they did not have to! Polite and great to deal with and they have my respect as a customer!

Average price for oil change and blade sharpening I suppose, but but didn't hook up our lights in our garden tractor after servicing it and the wires melted. Now I have to pay to have THAT fixed. Will never go to them again. Additionally, they were less than friendly.

Good Pricing, Quality Knowledge, Friendly Customer Service, Overall a great place to buy new products and get repairs done to existing equipment.

I've been dealing with Tom for a number of years and he's as solid as anyone with whom I've ever done business. I've bought two tractors, a mower, chainsaws, blower, trimmer and other things at KME and I wouldn't go back to the big box stores if you made me. Tom repairs and services all of my equipment and I just wish that everyone else I deal with was half the upstanding businessman that he is.

Had several repairs done by KME - all in a reasonable time and cost...and, the repairs were done with no more problems...I purchased a Husqvana mower from them and the experience was just what I liked. They explained all factors and delivered when expected. A good place to go for new products or service.
