We have been dealing with the Capraro Agency for over two years now. They continue to provide us with outstanding customer service and are always pro-active in helping us with all of insurance needs. My wife is due to retire in August and we had no idea what to do with her retirement plan. Thankfully, we met with Tony and now we have a plan in place that makes us both feel better about our future. Please, do yourself and your family a favor and meet with this great team of folks-they will put your mind at ease and help you prepare for the unexpected.

Like a lot of folks we had some poperty damage from last weeks storm. We called in to the agency and spoke with Ericka. She was wonderful and walked us through the claim process, answering every question we had. I can't tell you how reassuring it was to us that she told us not to worry and that SF claims would call us by the next day. I had to go in and make a payment this week and Ericka asked how we made out with the claims office. I felt like these folks really care about their clients. It's nice to know we have such a great team looking out for us. Thanks for caring and for being there!

We put in our claim and waited for the "run around"...State Farm handled everything so quickly and Lin at the Capraro Agency helped us with the rest. Tremendous follow through and customer service. Lin also helped us with re-financing our auto, saving us more money! We also just recently purchased life insurance for our grandchildren. This agency does it all! Thank you, again...

We have been dealing with this agency for almost two years. One of the great things about having my insurance with them is I always know who I'm talking with. They offer tremendous customer service and follow up. They also offer a free annual review which helps keep us on track and helps to update things and coverages as needed. They do this with all their clients. The fact that they'll call to remind me of an over due payment is another plus. We will be clients for life! We've also recommended many of our friends and family to the agency. Keep up the great work and thanks!

We also learned that they offer life insurance-which we purchased and State Farm bank products-including auto loans-which helped us save money on our monthly auto loan payment. Just a wonderful experience. It is so nice to not only get a great deal but to know that the folks handling the insurance on your most important possessions really care. We were also glad to find that they are extremely knowledgeable regarding: life insurance, and retirement planning. We've told all of our friends and family where they need to go for all of their insurance and financial planning needs.
