I have never had issues with the quality of the furniture sold here, and the pricing seems fair. Unfortunately, when I had a problem with a bed frame - slats were cracking - instead of calmly informing me that I should have used a boxspring or purchased a piece of plywood, I was told - by the owner - that any idiot would know this.



At no time during the purchase or after was I told I needed a box spring, a bunkie board, or a piece of plywood.



At no time during the purchase was any reference made to the fact that the display had a mattress only.



At no time was a bunkie board or a piece of plywood offered as an add-on to the purchase (I would have paid extra).



At no time was the owner calm and rational during this discussion. He told me to go to Home Depot and get plywood. I don't own a saw. If I take the van, I need to get a babysitter for the kids. This is a huge burden - I could have gone to Jordan's and gotten it all at one time with no yelling.



I won't shop here again, and my friends are hearing all about it.
