This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They are unresponsive and rude. They have their maintenance guy enter your apartment with no notification. He has all your keys just enters whenever they tell him to. I didn't even know he was going into our apartment except he would move things around and leave lights on. When I notified the office they saw nothing wrong with this. It made me feel completely unsafe and uncomfortable in my own apartment. They also tried to install new windows when I wasn't home and with no warning. It was a company with 2 random guys that had my keys to enter and no one from Peloquin to supervise. My neighbor was the only reason they didn't break in to complete it. The guy that salts pelts all the cars with HUGE chunks of salt and I called the office to ask him to shovel it out by our cars. She said she would, but when I confronted the plow guy about it he said no one has said a word to him. The women in the office think everything is a big joke and do NOTHING BUT SIT AROUND TALKING CRAP. Jane is one of the rudest women I have ever communicated with. The apartments are so outdated and they half ass everything they fix. The breaker box was in our closet and we could hear it sizzle when the people above would use their electricity. This company said there was NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. I was so worried the place was going to burn down. There is no customer service and if you see they manage a property RUN!!!!!! I will be reporting to the BBB.

I moved in this past weekend and have already had an awful experience. My heat went out and I sat around waiting for 4 hours for someone to update me on what was going on. Around 3 hours after my first phone call someone showed up with electric heaters, which was very much appreciated. Until they overloaded the electric for the apartment and my power went out. Several unanswered phone calls later the power comes back on. These people are completely unprofessional and even admonished me for call the off-hours line multiple times. It is January and I had no source of heat. They should be ashamed. Hopefully this is the worst it'll get.

Absolutely worst property managament I have ever dealt with. Glad to out of there! You couldn't pay me to ever rent one of their places again. They are cheap, don't fix things properly and lie. I had mold in my apartment, water damage from leaking toilet in above apartment that they wouldn't care for properly or in a timely manner. They plowing company is terrible and your lucky if they show up so you can either get out or in the place. They also falsifie moveout dates to get more money out of you. Rent with caution and avoid company if at all possible.
