The phone guy has short temper and was rude.

I hired J Trombly for a 2-family in manchester double heating system upgrade (oil to gas)

and removal of one of the oil tanks



the second oil tank was half full - the oil disappeared 300 dollars worth

i personally saw one of the J trombley trucks full of 5 gallon fuel cans



18 volt dewalt battery was stolen, the one was left in replacement, with inicials on the battery DLS (fyi battery was n/g)



my understanding they had a worker first incial was D and last name started with S



feb 2010 J trombly installed a radon water thing 1500.00 at my neighbors house



their finish basement filled up with inches of water, they called J trombly, they never showed up, all carpet and padding was removed yet to hear from trombly



am of 2/5/2010 J trombly called back for warranty no heat boiler installed 5/2009 No charge

hours later 2/5/2010 at 4:30pm back for same item 342.00 for repair



Jim trombly plumbing uses his personal name for filings,, the name used is not Jim Trombly

I checked Angies List and found them to be a really dependable company. Then I went to BBB and found an A+ rating...lots of satisfied customer testimonials as well at www.TromblyPlumbing.com...So I called them and found them to be everything I had hoped for! Good service, did what they said and I was extremely pleased with here service. I don't know about the reviews below, but my customer service and experience was great! I would (and have) called them again...Keep up the good work.
