All of my dogs have been accurately diagnosed and successfully treated by Dr. Kelloway.
First kid: My girl was vomiting continuously. Brought her to my regular vet....they had her for about a day to re-hydrate her... took x-rays and found an "obstruction" in her intestines-hence the vomiting. They sent me to one of the emergency clinics in the area. When I got there I was immediately given a quote of $6,300-$6,500 for her emergency surgery-had not even examined my girl yet. They were not even going to take their own x-rays first....just gave me a bill and said that "the surgery needed to be done immediately." Something didn't feel right and I wanted a third opinion so I took her to Dr. Kelloway as I had before for another fur-kid, and we found that not only did my girl not need the surgery, Dr. Kelloway diagnosed her with stomach worms (common from dogs who have come up from the south.) She was given meds to clear them up and she was good to go. She's been healthy ever since.
Second kid; Brought my boy to my vet due to what looked like broken blood capillaries in his gums. My vet was not sure what it was, so I bypassed the last ER clinic I had first gone to for my girl and brought him to Dr. Kelloway. After an ultrasound to confirm that his intestines were clear of any cancers or abnormalities, she properly diagnosed him with ITP-a blood disease due to a possible tick bite-got him on meds...he is a big healthy boy and doing well.
Third kid: My middle child. He has a situation with his knee known as Luxating Patella... he was limping badly so I brought him in to see Dr. Kelloway...she was able do a couple of xrays and then gave me some options for treatment. He is now doing very well (we opted out of the surgery due to risks of eventually injuring the other knee and chose to exercise the knee each day (our physical therapy sessions at home.)
Dr. Kelloway is the reason why my three kids are alive and well. Period.

I don't recommend this place. They are very unprofessional and inexperienced. Dr kelloway needs to give it up before she destroyes more families. I checked none of the DR's are board certified. There's nothing advanced about this place. Not recommended at all

Do not trust these people with you pet. They let there unlicensed unqualified help practice on my pet. I have the proof. My sweet healthy angel is dead because of this. The owner Deborah kelloway does this all the time. She doesn't care what happens to her patients. Avc is a death trap hell hole. I don't know how AVC is allowed to even call themselves advanced care what a joke. No one is board certified. It's all public information.

The staff at AVC is always more than helpful with my pets whether it's annual wellness or an emergency. Both my feline and canine are very nervous and I couldn't ask for a better vet.

Knowing I can see an experienced vet when my pet needs emergent care is very reassuring as my dog usually gets sick after hours. The staff is friendly and warm and most importantly, able to see my dog for urgent needs. Thank you!

They claim to be advanced veterinary care. They don't have any special training or special license to call themselves advanced. And the DRs on the 24 hour emergency shift are newly out of school no special emergency training at all . Please beware

AVC the name is very deceiving and false they claim to be advanced veterinary care. They do not have any advanced license not board certified at all . And they do not have any special training . The DRs on at night have no extra training in emergency at all. So please beware.

We are extremely satisfied with your services from beginning to end. Since the first call I made to find information about the surgery my beloved mini dachshund Lowjack need it, all the way to the day of the surgery and discharge. It was a very reassuring feeling to talk to people that really care about your pet as much as you do. The full staff professionalism, experienced and expertise was truly evident from the first 10 minutes I spent on the phone trying to get information about the procedure Lowjack needed. You were thorough about gathering all the information needed from Lowjack's vet to make an estimate and the services you provide are very affordable. I would recommend Advanced Veterinary Care of Manchester to anyone who is looking for the best care money can buy for your pet without breaking the bank. We will recommend AVC to our family and friends. Thank you guys for taking care of little Low.

So my poor dog has been battling cancer and he was slowly losing. And I it was his time. I called Avc to talk to them about have him put to sleep. My boy has been sick for awhile he became very thin. They say to me he needs to have a check up and tests first . He has already been through all that there was nothing that could be done. Very insensitive people. So I found a nice veterinarian that helped us. I will never go to AVC again. I would suggest you do the same. Find a good one. Avc is not a good one.

We love AVC....... Dr K is owner and our fave. Sarah M is our fave tech. They have a great staff. Prices are fair. It's getting so popular the wait times can be a bit long BUT when 'we are up' we receive 100% undivided attention=priceless.

Always willing to work with us on our preferences for vaccinations and other treatments (or not). Offers alternative solutions and helps weigh pros and cons for the difficult decisions.

Highly recommended!

Don't ever take your pet to this place. My sweet healthy dog is dead. They couldn't manage to do a minor procedure without killing him . Then they send me an apology letter. Dr Herr said I should use a board certified Dr next time. Yes that's right and I am supposed to except that..wow so be warned do your research and don't ever go to this awful place. Or the one in Concord it is the same owner.Dr kelloway could care less. Rip my little boy.

No one wants to take their pet to the vet at 4am, but it's nice to have such a wonderful place close by if you do. The staff here are amazing and treated both me and my dog with care and respect.

Worst place ever. They are not board certified and don't feel the need to tell you. l learned the hard way. I bought my dog in for a minor procedure I was not informed about any risk other than the anaesthesia. Then after he died during the procedure. I found out what happen was very preventable with the proper training and equipment. I have been talking with another Dr. That had never experienced anything like what happen to my dog. They also sent me a letter explaining/apologizing for what happened. They didn't even offer replacement cost or to pay for his cremation. My dog. Has been by my side For 12years that morning he was running around playing with his toys 3hours later he was dead from having a one tooth removed. I made the biggest mistake I will regret the rest of my life. I was warned the day before not to go there I didn't listen they seemed nice... Don't make the same mistake. Do your research.Rip my love

Please don't bring your pet here my dog paid the ultimate price. He died having one tooth removed not from anaesthesia. I wanted one dr to take care of him. And was a assured by everyone she would well that didn't happen a different dr did it .and after the Dr comes in to the room and Tell's my husband and I "next time " I should seek a board certified Dr my dog is in a plastic bag in a box dead. How is there going to be a next?? I have been talking to a Dr trained under a board certified Dr in all her years of experience she said what happened to my dog has never been a concern or factor that they only use the highest quality implements.I guess that doesn't happen with all places. my sweet beautiful healthy dog paid the price. They didn't even offer replacement cost . But I got an "explanation/ apology" an should be happy with that. He is gone.

Worst experience! I rushed my cat to his hospital and I wish I had traveled up the road less than a mile to the other animal hospital. My poor cat had suffered from blood clots to his hind legs and brain and while I was there watched, in horror, as a vet tech put him on a chair in the waiting room only to have him stumble off and land on his side. Why in the world would you put an animal on something off the ground without holding hem, especially if they are disoriented. The entire experience was terrible (not to mention extremely overpriced) and I will never go back there!

Had a bad experience.. dog had cut herself on a barbed wire fence.. They said if cut is open bring her him so they can stitch it.. Did that on Sunday .. They took her in and put only one stitch in they put her under anesthesia and sent her on her way with no collar and with medicine. On Monday I looked at the wound and it was right back open again.. I called on Monday they had me on hold for 20 minutes came back took my info and said they would call me back.. No call back so i called them they said send a picture gave me wrong email ..i sent pic called back a bit later and said they never got pic i sent it again to correct email.. waited no call back. my husband calls they took info like this was first time hearing it..Wow.. they said they would call back.. Wow no call back.. So now it is 8 pm and i call again.told the girl what is the protocol she said she sent picture to the owner and just now had a chance to check her emails. I told her i will not pay again for a stitch then is going to come out in 12 hours..cause she said come in and they will stitch it after that she said let me go out back(that is what they like to say) then she came back and said the doctor said the stitch HEALED ITSELF...lol..REALLY IN ONE NIGHT.. and to keep an eye on it.. I said don't worry we took care of it.. Thanks for returning my call and the follow up care..

I took my 4 yr. old dog in for her annual check up, rabies, & distemper vaccines. Tech tried to draw blood from left hind leg. She was not having any success. I asked her to stop. She did after I told her to the 3rd time. She said vein was rolling. She asked to try right leg. I asked if she was confindent, she said yes. The same thing occurred with a few drops of blood. I told her to stop now. She came back & said she got enough blood to do the test". Two days later, I called & spoke with the manager. By our conversation, I was not reassured the next visit would be a better experience. I told her I would find a new vet for Danni. The place reeked of cat urine & there was a puddle of urine where a dog had relived himself on the corner of the desk. Four yrs. ago we became AVC customers & they had a 4 star rating. I was very pleased with their service. Rating has slipped to 2 stars for a good reason. I regret the decline in their service & I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vet.

Took my kitty to AVC over a week ago bc dark purple bruises appeared all over his body within 12 hours. Front desk was helpful, check in process was fast&easy. The wait to see a vet was a bit long but, our cat was not in any pain and a more severe emergency came in, if my animal had been the severe one I would want them to do the same. Dr. Smith came to have a look at him & quickly had some thoughts as to what it may be. He had to stay overnight and she went through the possibilities and took her time which I appreciated. I called at 5 am to check on him & was able to speak to Dr. Smith & she once again was thorough with what was done &what her thoughts were going forward. Medications helped he was back to normal within 2 days & his bruises were completely gone within 4. I have been back to get his blood checked twice & he is now at normal levels. They took care of my baby & as far as price goes they do not seem overpriced & I felt that the prices were fair for the service I received.
