I hired Ceaser Chimney to scope my chimney after a routine furnace maintenance visit left me without heat and hot water - the chimney was not venting properly and required immediate attention. They recognized the urgency of the situation and were able to squeeze my appointment in almost immediately... they were extremely thorough and professional - showed me detailed photos of the problem areas and made sure I fully understood the work that needed to be done immediately vs. what could be done down the line when the budget better allows for it. The immediate repairs included replacing the liner and chimney cap and flashing repair. The price was competitive and I feel great about the work because I know they used high quality stainless steel materials... I didn’t know a chimney cap could look so nice! Again given the urgency, they went out of their way to get these repairs complete within a matter of days - very impressive! I will definitely be working with Ceaser Chimney again when it’s time to do the rest of the work, and intend to recommend them to friends and family as well!

I was amazed at the knowledge and information that was given to me so that I could maintain my chimney. This company is quick, professional, and priced well for the service they provide. I'm so glad JP Construction out of Merrimack recommended them to me. Peace of mind is something I really need right now and Ceaser Chimney is helping me to feel safe to run a pellet stove.
