If not for the manager, Pam, at the Manchester location I would no longer be a customer so Bob, you ought to reach and thank her! I have been trying to settle an issue with 4 kitchen chair seats for 3 months and have been stuck in the middle of Customer Care and Guardian and even the Liaison group.. calls were promised back but never took place..no one was willing to take ownership until I spoke with Pam who took the time on a very busy day to make sure that my issue was taken care of and I was happy because of her service I will be back!

I purchased a living room with their goo proof. my rocking love seat broke, stopped rocking and makes noise when reclining. I called the customer service and line in good faith and they sent a company rep out to look at the furniture. The rep stated that it needed a part and left. This is back in the area of May. When no one called or part fixed, I called again and the customer service said the rep stated it was in home damage. the metal frame at base is what is broken, and the rep said in good faith they would order the part and replace. The stated at that time it would be august when the part would be in. August came and went and I called and saw the manager who nicely said nothing i can do, its in your house. Now in September they are saying the part will be in in October.I called and they carry the company line nothing they can do. No one to reach, I am just stuck, If they are reading this customer #2342659. Today I called and was told they are doing me a favor by replacing the part, Haining Mengnu Group Co is the manufacture of this set, BOBS DID INFACT CONTACT ME AND MADE IT RIGHT. THANK YOU

Very disappointed with this company. We ave bought many Pieces of furniture from Bobs and had a bad experience with the Bob O Pedic memory. The problem was the mattress had a serious sag on both my side and my wife's leaving a bulge between us. We are not extremely heavy people so weight was not a issue. After repeated complaints Bobs sent out a tech who looked at the mattress (that was less than a year old) and told me it should be replaced. I followed up with a call a couple of days later and they told me the sage was not large enough to replace. They sent a second tech out and we went threw the same merry go round. We ended up throwing out the king size set and going to Bernie and Phylis and purchased another king size set. Now Bobs has lost a cash customer who will never not only go back but will NEVER RECOMMEND BOB'S FURNITURE TO ANYONE. Thanks for reading

Be wary of Bob's furniture customer service. 1,094 BBB complaints. I had one, someone from Bob's office called and refused to send my letter and complaint onto Bob. The office did not offer me anything to correct it. I work in retail and a happy customer is a returning customer.

Prices are fair and the staff is helpful.
