Provided by SuperpagesI'm not sure what has happened since the last review was written, but a lot has changed since 2006. Had a furnace service last January, just a cleanup and tune, and came downstairs to a very strong heating oil smell. Typical, the filter was just changed. But it didn't go away. 3 days later, I'm looking for a possible leak, and find a little plastic bucket with the old filter, a rag, and it's half full of heating oil. I don't know any better, since I moved from an area where oil fired furnaces don't exist, so I thought it was my responsibility to dispose of it properly. Not the case, obviously. I forgive and forget.Later, my water heater starts to seep. I Call for a quote, it takes a week for someone to come out, and they quote me an outlandish price for 3 different options. I saved nearly a thousand dollars by taking my business elsewhere, and it was for the exact same model number and brand, same warranty. I'm glad I went to the trouble to call someone else.
