We have been faithful & satisfied customers of Donna & crew for over 20 years!

I went into this salon today with my two sons. There were two stylists, neither of which acknowledged us, at all. After waiting 20 plus minutes without so much as a "hello", I asked if they accepted walk ins. They said they did but were booked solid. The salon was empty at the time. I am not upset that they couldn't fit us in, however, they really had to try to ignore us. Customer service is obviously not important to this salon. Please consider giving your business to a salon that cares about you as a customer and appreciates your business. Thank you.
