INCREDIBLY THOROUGH job on my furnace and duct cleaning by Yuric from PYM! He even secured numerous loose screws in my old ductwork for me! My house no longer smells like dog hair from the previous owner when I turn the heat on. Very reasonable rates, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service.

I just received their air duct cleaning today, and I am shocked at how well the job was done. The workers were extremely thorough and went above and beyond (which I have not experienced lately from other businesses). I am very happy with how they eliminated layers of mold and algae from my AC unit. It looks like a brand new unit now. They also fixed little things that will make my unit run more efficiently and prevent the mold from reoccuring. I ordered the same service two years ago from another company and they did not even clean the unit itself....they just cleaned the ducts and hit the door. I definitely can tell the difference in the quality of the air. I do not smell dusty air anymore. It really makes me feel that my money was well spent because my family is no longer breathing mold spores.

I was very pleased with PYM, both in the quality job they did as well as their professionalism. I have 3 furnaces and they took apart and cleaned all three as well as all the ducts (I counted 40 registers in all) and my dryer vent (extra price). They were very knowledgeable about the furnaces (they did some caulking for me where they found a gap). There was a dead desiccated bird in the duct (the house is 12 years old and was in the duct most likely since the house was built). They arrived both days at the time stated and worked hard throughout the day. I was having terrible allergy symptoms prior to cleaning and my symptoms were immediately improved after the cleaning. I had read many articles about whether duct cleaning was need, desperate for allergy improvement I had them cleaned, and not disappointed at all at having them cleaned. PYM was also reasonably priced (I had 3 estimates).

PYM provides an exceptional service. While giving you an estimate, they show you problematic areas (you'll be surprized how dirt those ducts can be!), explain your options and technology behind. They do a terrific job and their prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommended.
