I heard many great reviews in my community about RD Kleinschidt, but what I got from this company with the complete opposite. They tied the lowest estimate but with the gutters included they came in at the lowest. I felt lucky to have this company work on my home. What came next was unsatisfactory to say the least.
The job took two days which was great. During this time I had workers urinating behind my home and throwing cigarette butts, gum, and garbage all over my lawn. They damaged my gutters during the re-roof but I wasn't that concerned due to the fact they were being replaced anyway.
When the job was finished they left without notifying me or collecting payment. My roof had decking exposed, nails exposed, nails laying all over my roof on my lawn and in my gutters, poor caulking, drip edging bent, and the list goes on. I had to get on the roof and apply plastic before it rained that evening to protect my home. I called them back out to fix the issues and the worker only fixed the problem areas I pointed out. I guess I will wait until there is enough rain to see any leaks.
After calling them out 3 times I may finally have the job complete. The gutter guys did a great job with the exception of missing one rotting area of facia board. Very disorganized company that does the minimal work to get paid.

Had them do an estimate to put siding on my house. I already had all the material so this was for labor only. My house has about 1800-2000sq ft and is a quad level so it's not a full 2 story house as the one side is mostly in the ground and then done with a brick facade up to where the 3rd level is. They quoted me 16K to do the labor on the siding. I had 2 other bids come in that were both in the 4K range. What am I missing?? Should be around $200/square for labor.....not sure where the 16K came from but obviously did NOT use this company.
