This company does NOT " do "whatever it takes" to help you create the kitchen of your dreams." because it rarely answers phone or email messages when there is a problem or question about contracted work. I've had to drive to their office on a number of occasions in the hopes that someone would be there just to talk about a serious problem

His skills and craftsmanship may be superior and I would recommend him on that fact, but his customer relations makes for a maddening experience if ever there is need for timely contact.

I'm very surprised (and suspicious) that this company has received any negative reviews. Buddy is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. He did an excellent job on our kitchen makeover. I appreciated his feedback and suggestions for this project-- he had wonderful ideas. If there was anything we weren't completely happy with, he took care of it right away. When he built a desk for us and we felt the stain was too dark, he agreed with us and fixed it with no questions asked.



He and Jeff, who works for him, were pleasant and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure that we weren't inconvenienced by the work being done. We had many people come and price the project and he was the most reasonable-- no hidden expenses.



The best part is the final product. Our kitchen looks fabulous! I highly recommend this company.

If you are planning to remodel your kitchen, and you are seeking excellent workmanship, top notch professionalism, personal touches, and a wealth of ideas, then this is the crew for you. My 1970"s kitchen definitely needed a refacing. A friend of mine who had used this company a few years ago, highly recommended Buddy and Jeff. In fact, she made the appointment for me, and I am so happy that she did. From the very beginning, I knew that I would be satisfied with the results because Buddy took special care in determining what would best ft my needs. He and Jeff appeared at my doorstep exactly on the day that was promised and in a week their exceptional work was completed. The transition is unbelievable. All of my friends walk in and their mouths are agape in awe. The best part is that I did not break the bank to accomplish what I thought was a monumental job. Again if you are looking for a very reliable crew, give Buddy and Jeff a call. You will be so pleased that you did.

Can't understand the negative reviews - our experience was the complete opposite!! The quality of the work performed was incredible as well as the staff that was easily accessible and accommodating. Would and will continue to recommend you to everyone. I guess not everyone can be pleased!



We recently had our 70's Kitchen refaced by American Refacing and cannot say enough about their professionalism that went above and beyond. In the process of refacing our cabinets, we replaced all the trim, door frames, floor, and lighting. Buddy and his staff went beyond their jobs to help us secure all the trim, door frames, and crown molding that would match our new cabinets (even went as far as providing us with extra door handles for a corner hutch that we purchased so they would match the cabinet door handles). They even made themselves available during their shutdown and bent over backwards to accommodate our remodeling schedule. Diane was excellent about returning telephone calls and made great suggestions through this process. The transformation of our kitchen is amazing and everyone who sees it cannot believe that it was refaced. Also, have a neighbor who had it done several years ago who recommended American Refacing because he too was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Buddy, Diane, Jeff, Brain, and staff for providing us with a great outcome and increasing the value of our home!!!!

Not sure what the other 2 customers are complaining about, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company!! Buddy was professional and very knowledgable, and the installer was prompt, skilled and meticulous. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for excellent products and services. All my family and friends were awed by the transformation! Thank you Buddy and crew for a job well done! It's nice to see a company that stands behind their product.

I too, had a bad experience with Buddy. Poor workmanship, unreturned phone calls and extremely unprofessional and not reliable. Looks like a trainee installed them.

American Refacing did a horrible job in my home. The seams of my $8,000 refacing job all show. The refacing material is coming unglued in 7 -10 places and they chipped my brand new counters in the process! The installer came back twice to reglue but it is still coming off. I contacted Buddy several times to come review the job he obviously sent an apprentice to do and he never returned my phone calls. Go to Home Depot, you'd be far better off with the stock cabinets they sell.
