For our 20th wedding anniversary, my husband and I went shopping for an upgraded engagement ring for me. Over 20 years ago, he purchased my first engagement ring from another infamous jeweler in VT. We received great customer service there over 20 years ago, but we were not so lucky this time around. Then, I came across a negative online review for this jeweler. And, what do you know , that customer also complained about their customer service. They explained that they went right down the road to Northeastern Jewelry and received the best service. So, I took that customers 's advice and called NE and I'm so glad I did. The manager, Nicole, is awesome! She even met my husband and I after hours. She took her time to show us various quality diamonds and settings. When I told her about a diamond that a jeweler down the toad was trying to sell us, she was appalled that they were offering a very poor quality diamond at such an expensive price. Well, Nicole took care of that and I'm wearing my brand new, sparkling diamond inside a setting that our 11 yr old son picked out. I am so happy with our purchase that we will be seeing Nicole again very soon to pick out new matching wedding bands.
