They are really mean and talk to you any kind of way. My pup is lost had him for 8 years yes I call every other day just to check in and everytime they ask if I made a report I say yes then they say u don't have to call us we will call you.😔 damn sorry I love my pup n miss him if I was not calling them or report him miss than I would been a bad owner. I hate this place for the way they talk to ppl.

I had called to try and catch a kitten w collar around neck and around left leg cutting into the skin. They cam e out and old man and his associate chased it away he said look it ran so nothing wrong with it. Finally caught and removed the collar it was stuck to neck down to bare skin and left leg was slowly getting cut off. This man should be fired when talking to him he told me how much he really hates animals especially cats.
