My first encounter was for a wax service I purchased through Groupon. The establishment was very clean and I was treated professionally. I’ve been back for additional hair service. Wow. Just beautiful. Tandis explains what she’s going to do and she’s a great stylist. It’s a family atmosphere. Make sure to ask about special promotions.

Customer service was superb. Tandis gave me helpful tips on how to manage my hair. The only bad part was that I had my lip wax and it got really red due to over waxing. Also I was surprise she didn't know what angle haircut meant but other than that everything was good.

This is the worst salon I have ever been to. It is very dirty, they have the employees children running around the salon. They do not honor the Groupon they offer. When you make your appointment they act like they didnt have you on the schedule then someone else will say "Dont worry about it I will fit you in." Once they have you in the chair they tell you they are going to charge you a additional price because they are not the one with the Groupon service. They wanted to charge me $180 on top of what I had already paid for the Groupn. I ended up walking out of the salon with wet hair. Because she refused to provide me with the Groupon services. Then she has the nerve to call the police because I wouldn't pay. I am not paying for a service I paid for but did not receive! This place is very shady
