I WAS HIRED BY A COMPANY AS A SECRET SHOPPER AND LAST WEEK I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH BRIGETT REGARDING SERVICE AGREEMENTS. OUT OF ALL THE COMPANIES I CALLED THAT DAY SHE WAS THE MOST PLEASANT PERSON I SPOKE WITH. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND AS "CONSUMER" MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. IF I WERE TO HIRE A COMPANY I WOULD CHOOSE YOU GUYS BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH HER. SHE IS PLEASANT, SINCERE, AND COULD HOLD A CONVERSATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAYS IS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE. BRIGETT WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. THANK YOU BRIDGETTE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Brian, the technician, from Choice was fantastic. When I spoke to him on the phone and explained my air conditioning problem, Brian was honest and helpful. He provided me with the assessment price and a service windown time. Today, he called me to say that he could arrive earlier! Brian inspected both my units and identified the issue immediately. He explained how my units work, maintenance of the units, and the expected life of the replacement parts. Brian shared the replacement part price with me and installed them immediately. Within 15 minutes of his arrival, I had air conditioning restored in my house. Before contacting Choice, I had called several other vendors but noticed the rave reviews that Choice received because of Brian. I am VERY HAPPY that I chose Choice and would recommend them to anyone. Brian is winning over loyal customers to Choice. Honest service and reasonable prices!

It's such a pleasure to encounter a company that really cares about customer service. Technical expertise is a must and this company has what it takes, but the real differentiator for us has been the level of customer service that this company has provided us.



We've been so impressed with our dealings with Choice that we've signed up for an annual service contract on the heating and AC systems in our home.

I have had nothing but great service from this company. The owner takes the time to explain everything that is going on with my equipment, and always tries to give us options. I always get a very fast call back and service calls within a day or so. This person found a problem that a major competitor could not find, and my problem was gone. Very knowledgible and detailed workers.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an honest, dependable,trustworthy repair person.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called for their service and were overcharged, work was low quality, and the owner was ruded. I then asked another company to fix the same problem and this company does it for cheaper, has better service, and has a longer warranty policy. If you ask me Choice Heating is not TRUSTWORTHY and is simply out to get your money. The owner does must of the repairs and services so I would never recommend them. BEWARE!!!

Choice was fantastic. We had an issue with our air conditioning unit, and without charging us a dime, Brian walked us through exactly what was wrong and we were able to fix the issue on our own, saving us hundreds of dollars that other companies were trying to charge us. We will definitely be going with Choice for any heating and air conditioning issues in the future. Thank you!!!!

I was thoroughly satisfied with our first encounter with this company. First, before I even set up an appointment, Brian asked many questions about the problem we were experiencing. Then he suggested a couple of things to check that could have been quick fixes over the phone (read: FREE). It turned out that we needed a service appointment. I called early in the morning, & he said he could come late that day (after 5:00 p.m.). At 2:30 p.m., he called to see if he could come early (I can honestly say this has NEVER happened to me before), & he arrived 30 minutes later. He took great care to explain the problem, what he was doing to fix it, & future issues we might face. He explained other things about the system & answered any heating & air conditioning questions I could think to throw at him during the visit. It is obviously the company's policy to develop long term relationships with customers. He even let my 4 1/2 year old hover while he worked. They have a new customer for life.

They really care about their customers. At christmas I got a gift certificate and later on in the year I got movie tickets. Who does that anymore?

A great technician that knows and understands residential housing needs. it was a pleasure to talk to Brian on the phone and I was impressed by his knowledge and his comprehension of my needs.

This company has very reliable service. They are very professional, and they respond to your HVAC needs.

Of course, our system died during an extremely cold part of winter. After placing a call to Choice, we were pleasantly surprised when we were told that they could be out the next day. Not only did they determine we needed a new system, they had it installed and running within 2 days. We also got a thorough explanation on how to do some basic maintenance to keep the new system running smoothly.In our opinion, you cannot beat the service and prices that Choice offers. Absolutely an "A+" operation.

When we had a leak problem in our cental A/C system, Choice gave us all the possible options we have and explained the pros and cons of all our choices. With their help we replaced our existing system on time and at a reasonable cost. We are pleased with their technical expertise. We would recommend Choice to anyone who enjoys a prompt quality service.

I'm extremely pleased with the service that they provided while replacing my water heater, I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service or AC service also.

Very responsible and reasonable price. The technician is very knowledgeable and courteous. He checked and explained every thing thoroughly, and provided me with choices. My AC was broken, and Choice is the only one (called 4 companies) offered to repair (instead replacement), which saved me a significant amount of money. I am very glad that I found Choice, and without doubt, I?ll be their customer again. I would highly recommend it to any one who needs the service.

Definitely shop around as I was suprised by the total cost. $96 just to show up at your door. Then $40 to check your thermostat (5 minute job) then $60 to fix a burnt wire. All this took less than 30 minutes. Include traveling time and these guys are making over $200 an hour.....!!!!! That's $400,000 a year in before tax revenue per "technician."This isn't rocket science...but their pricing is out of this solar system....

I had my AC replaced and my furnance moved. The rep explained the various options available and gave me a quote on all the work. He cautioned that my furnance was old, but I did not want to replace at the time. Later on a part went on my furnance and they worked with the vendor to get the part replace even though the vendor was trying very hard to simply get me to buy a whole new furnance. The next year my furnance finally died and I decided to replace. Of course I called Choice. It is hard to find honesty, good quality and quick turnaround in one company. This one's a keeper!

The technician did a thorough job at looking over our entire system and pointed out some potential hazards we had.

I had my Water Heater and Air Conditioning unit replaced the same day as one had gone kaput and the other was about to go. I checked around for some prices as quickly as I could and then called Choice I believe my call was the best decision I ever made! Why? They showed up on time, got the work done very efficiently,gave me some education on care and maintenance and their prices were reasonable. It's hard to find good customer service these days and since I've found it with Choice - I'll be a customer time and time again!
