This cool cat bought up the old K&R Scrap steel mill at Euclid & Liberia. His drive-in system is very simple and his prices are on the upper-competitive side of the Manassas scrap industry. Reminds me more of a black market type of scrap system but under the banner of a "salvage yard" in a way.
