We have an annual contract with A Advantage for three years in a row. The last year was a disaster. The technician is constantly late for at least an hour to all of our scheduled appointments. When calling their so-called customer service to inquire about the situation, they 1) Told me that my appointment (9:00 AM) was never valid because they never provide a 9:00 AM but a 9:30 AM appointment. Even if the appointment was 9:30 AM, they were still late by 30 minutes. 2) The entire conversation was not sincere nor apologetic, they simply said, "Yeap, we are late for an hour." I can understand that there was probably nothing they could do because the technician was already late; but what they should have done was to ensure that the next appointment they wouldn't be late, or to provide a better EXPECTATION as far as future appointments. All angry customers want is usually a little bit of venting and reassurance. Using a better tone of voice and a little sincerity would surely help.



My assessment to this kind of service is that, there is nothing I can do about it because I already paid for a yearly contact, whether I use them or not. You would think that being their customers for three years would gain some good service, but this is clearly not the case.



As far as work quality, one of the air outlet has not been working since last year. We had the technicians from A Advantage to look at it twice and the problem still exist.
