Their van is parked at my grocery store at an angle taking up 2 spots. Someone sleeping in the passenger seat. Not towards the back of the lot, but three spots from the doors of a VERY busy store. Don't know anything about their plumbing work, but this makes me not want to use them. Ever.

Russell Plumbing accepted the job to fix a broken pipe - then called me on the day of service stating his truck broke down. Despite numerous calls and left numerous messages over several days, he never returned any of my calls to reschedule an appointment, despite the fact, he knew I had to cut off the water supply to the house. Due to his total unprofessionalism and lack of customer service, I decided to go with another plumber. If he is this difficult to schedule an appointment with this service , I can't imagine what his work would be like. DO NOT waste your time even calling this plumber.
