Progressive sent me here after a no-fault accident. My car was in the shop for over 14 days. I was promised pick up for 3 days in a row and I finally got very stern on the last day and was told to pick up my Cube at 5:30. When I got to RS, the manager told me to wait 30 minutes. At 6:15, I questioned the progress and was chewed out and disrespected like never before. The manager of this shop yelled at me and belittled me because of his personal schedule. He also did extra things on my car without asking and blamed me for the extra time it took. This man is a misogynistic, small minded business person and because of him, I will never return to this shop. The work was done ok, but the "customer service" was the lowest I have ever received.
