Finding the right agency to care for a family member can really be stressful and hard on families but my phone call to care perfections settled everything for me. The client care manager/admission person took her time to answer all my burning questions, some of which I even consider sill<)) She was very professional, patient, calm and collected as she took me through all the nine yards. After my initial phone call a nurse was promptly sent to my home the next day to do a thorough assessment on my mum and with my inputs and based on my mum's diagnosis, a care plan was drawn for my mum and the real icing on the cake........they found me the perfect aide for my mum!! Oh I must add that they also provide medical transportation services as well and for me this is a one stop shop. My mum is happy and more relaxed now that makes me very happy too
