TRY ANOTHER FACILITY!! THEY are OVERPRICED for the LACK of Quality and Attention Given to TODDLERS: My toddler started the Rainbow Academy in September and was enjoying it for the most part. Then the first Biting incident happened, and then another 2 Biting incidents (totalling 3 in 2 weeks). I approached the teachers and assistant director about my concerns for my child's safety, but I was dismissed with "Biting is age appropriate" and we are working with MY CHILD to use her words. I asked if there was a "Biting Policy" but got nothing. Instead, they (the professionals running the business) asked me to sit down with them and give THEM suggestions!!! Isn't that what I'm paying them for??? At 18 months, my daughter does NOT understand what is going on when a child is going to harm her. We were depending on the school personel and administration to remedy the situation and protect her from other children biting but they did not. As a result, she was removed and will be starting a NEW daycare facilty that promises to be a positive, SAFE learning environment.
