Dr. Ferenz clearly explains what has happened and what the course of treatment will be. He is empathic towards your particular situation while at the same time being very honest and upfront on what to expect. His bedside manner is terrific and his pre-op conversation is very calming and reassuring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or the group
