Words cannot adequately express my many thanks to Andrew, Michelle and the staff of Advanced Hand Rehabilitation for the professionalism, expertise, help, and kindness they have given me over the past several months. My surgeon highly recommended AHR after my wrist surgery. During my initial evaluation, Andrew put me at ease immediately. He was very encouraging and expertly guided me with a set of stretching exercises to prepare for my therapy sessions and for my home program. Over the course of the next few months, Michelle, was my therapist for my rehab sessions. Michelle's knowledge of the proper exercises, stretching and use of weights helped me gain the use of my wrist, hand, and fingers. Her compassion supported me throughout the months of my therapy. My overall progress and recovery is a testament to her expertise. Andrew and Michelle's strong professional commitment to assisting those with hand rehabilitation is outstanding.

I came here in February with two broken hands and fresh out of surgery. I still had a rod in each hand and couldn't even imagine taking the modified cast off to even try and use my hands. Within 3 weeks was able to make a fist and grip objects. Not only were Andrew and Michelle kind, courteous, and qualified, but the therapy sessions were not dreaded. They were filled with good laughs and the other patients along with the staff members were some of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting. It was an excellent and professional atmosphere and I truly couldn't be happier with the progress that they helped me make. Although I am glad to have my hands back I miss the atmosphere of the office. Thank you guys so much for everything that you did for me, and I hope to see you soon, just not with me in a cast or brace.

I have been a patient at Advanced Hand Rehabilitation in Brick, NJ. I severely injured my right (dominant) hand in a bad fall. This hand was extremely swollen and virtually useless. My orthopedic surgeon highly recommended Advanced Hand Rehabilitation for my occupational therapy needs. Andrew Aylett, an accredited occupational therapist and certified hand therapist, brought this hand back to a state of usefulness I never dreamed I could achieve. I can now use my hand for most normal tasks, such as writing and using a knife and fork. I can also indulge in my favorite hobby (crocheting), which involves much fine motor coordination. Thank you, Andrew Aylett and your remarkable staff, for bringing my hand back.

After several blood clots, I lost the tips of my digits of the right hand, my dominant hand. I was unable to move my hand or use it - until extensive therapy with Mr. Aylett. His expertise and limitless patience saved me both physically and mentally. He was truly a gift during this difficult time, and I am typing this with BOTH hands - my right hand is now without limitations because of him. He never gave up on me, after being told my my physician I would never use my right hand in a productive way again. I am an RN, and will return to work sometime soon, all thanks to his healing hands. Thank you, Andrew - you are truly the best!

I had a great experience at Advanced Hand. I had a complicated tendon injury and my doctor told me to expect about a 75% recovery. My results far exceeded that. My therapy was difficult but surprisingly enjoyable. Michelle and Andrew , and in fact all the staff, made it fun. It is a very relaxed place but they really know what they are doing are get the best out of you. I can highly recommend it.

Andrew Aylett is an excellent hand therapist. He works in an informal small group setting infused with humor. I looked forward to my sessions with him and best of all, he gave me the use of my hands back! His staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs rehabilitation from surgery, an accident, or illness.
