We purchased a transmission from here a few months ago. They told us it was taken out of a 2011 vehicle and only had a little over 20,000 miles (lie). The guy that handled the sale seemed like a "good ol boy" more like a snake in the grass, talked about how this transmission had never been broken into, and it would be perfect for what my boyfriend needed for his truck (lie) even went on and on about the 30 day warranty (lie). Spent $900 on this transmission, installed it, and all seemed well.... left for Crowley (we live in Evangeline)and put insurance on it and we were on our way to get a license plate when it went out. The pump went out, well ofcourse that's not covered in the warranty (which wasn't told to us at the time of purchase) and once we took it apart we saw what they had really sold us.... It was full of metal shavings and dirt from it being broken into and Frankensteined together, the clutches were burnt, and it has over 190,000+ miles on it. These people took advantage of the "good ol boy" and refused to refund even a portion of our money or help in any way to fix their wrong doings. They are cons, liars, and thieves!!!! Stay Away!!!!!
