This happened to me on TUESDAY when I went to car wash, My Rear wheel alloys got with scratches and damage. I was not aware when I was there. After I went to home I saw damages on my wheel and there was a yellow color paint and assumed that, when the driver took the car from me and while taking into the drive way for cleaning he might messed it with bar's which wheels will be aligned.

Immediately I made a phone call to these guys they said they will look on to it and said they are going to review it with his BOSS, but today his BOSS called me and started questioning me why it happened to back wheels not the front wheels? And said that it could have happened some where else outside.

He Said - I am not responsible, which is Rude and I suggest other's to take care of their vehicles and clearly inspect before you handover it to them. I am going to take further actions

Excellent! Awesome! Can't get better than this! I went there for my 1st time the other day. I stopped going to White glove because I got no respect and they weren't doing a good job. This place? Well, for one thing, they all speak English! Yaaay!! :D And, they were respectful, courteous and the prices were very reasonable.
