This is absolutely the WORST construction team I could ever imagine. He ripped us off BIG TIME. Charged us three times what the job agreement was, threatened to walk off the job unless we paid the EXTRA MONEY, took 4 times as long to finish for an incredibly small property.. After paying hundreds of thousands of dollars more for the work, he DOES NOT do maintenance or follow up. If something falls apart-- and you spend half a million dollars for what should have cost 200k... he charges you for the smallest follow up. Everything they did has completely crumbled the floors, the tile, the drywall, CRAP! DO NOT GET ROBBED FROM THIS MAN. HE WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH HIS WAY TO THE BANK WHILE SITTING PRETTY IN MALIBU ON YOUR RETIREMENT FUND!!! I have a conscience, and I don't want anybody else to get ripped off of their hard earned money the way we have. It''s really the worst experience. Get second and third opinions please, AND DO NOT TRUST HIS TEAM!!!! GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS!
