When I called Brian to enquire about dumpster rental for demolition of a bathroom & chimney, he told me that the chimney had to be in a separate dumpster, and specifically "brick, and brick only." When I demolished the chimney, I separated the brick from the cement rubble & the terra cotta lining. The brick barely covered the floor of the 1st dumpster. When the driver picked up the dumpster, he said that all the debris from the chimney could go in it, unfortunately I didn't have the rest of the debris on hand. I loaded everything leftover into the 2nd dumpster which cost $400 for 2 tons, with an overage charge of $100 for every ton over. The overage charge was $250. I called Brian & told him that the overage charge could have been less had the debris from the chimney that went into the 2nd dumpster, went into the 1st. He told me that the 2nd dumpster had nothing to do with the 1st. He sent a driver to demand payment, & threatened to dump rubbish in my driveway if I did not pay.
